Virtalis y el Centro de Ingeniería Virtual de la Universidad de Liverpool.

El centro de ingeniería virtual (VEC por sus iniciales en inglés) es una iniciativa por parte de la universidad de Liverpool en conjunto a muchas otras organizaciones que busca convertirse en el centro de enseñanza y demostración de tecnología virtual más avanzado para el sector aeroespacial.

Trabajando en conjunto en Virtalis se ha llevado a cabo la instalación de un ActiveMove junto con todas sus características como trackeo en tiempo real de la posición de las personas, así como una experiencia immersiva total.

El ActiveMove ha probado ser una herramienta tan eficaz para la enseñanza y el interés de los alumnos y de las industrias, que se ha creado una alianza entre Virtalis y el Centro de Innovación Digital de la Universidad de Londres.

The Virtual Engineering Centre (VEC) is an iniciative from the University of Liverpool together with many other associations in order to become the most advanced centre of information, teaching and showcasing of virtual technology in the sector of aerospace.

Thanks to the combined work with VEC, it was possible for us to install an ActiveMove at their centre, together with all its traits such as full real time body tracking, in other words, a full immersive interaction.

The ActiveMove has proved to be such an interesting and powerful tool, that all of the students and industries that visit the centre have showed interest in it. It’s thanks to this that Virtalis and the University of Londons Digital Innovation Centre have partnered in its London campus in Finsbury Square.
